It's been over 3 weeks since I filed a complaint and tried to get through to Frabill C.S. Still no response and no offered resolution or offer of a replacement part. It looks to me that Frabill has no interest in resolving any complaints or issues.

The latch broke. I would like a new one so it stays tight and keeps the minnows fresh. I really like the minnows bucket.

Sorry the issue isn't with Farball. I just wanted you to know that the fishing net I ordered on Amazon was delivered damaged. The box was not damaged but the net was bent.

I bought this frabil aerator model number FRBAP 30 and I havent used it that much and the plug where you plug in the charger cord has fallen apart so the plug will not plug in anymore. Hopefully you will be able to do something about this. I dont know if it is a problem you see from other customers but it did hold up with very little use.

I have a new 7013 Frabil ice tent. I purchased it a couple of years back, and now we have ice for fishing.

I opened the box, pulled out the tent, and popped it open. The stay rods have nothing to keep them in position in the inside wall and are S-shaped.

I believe this tent is missing Velcro straps, like my hunting tents have, to keep the stay rods straight and in position.

I have bought 3 minnow buckets with aerators and 2 of them failed in less than 30 days. At the price I paid may not buy another.

Magnum failed on the first use in an Ice castle that was 65 degrees inside.

. The longevity of the aerators is a real problem that should concern you before you can't give them away !

Looking for an old-style Frabill Big Kahuna net that has thick mesh and a flat bottom. You have them pictured on your website, but you send an 8440 net instead.

Received a 14 qt magnum bait station as a Fathers Day 2024 gift from my children. Used it for the first time this month January 2025.

I purchased an ac adapter for it so I couldnt keep bring bait home to use another day.

It ran 1day and burnt out the pump.
